Just kill him in WQ. At least Nathanos had more presence and importance than MalAFKurion.

He’s a pretty good character as far as Warcraft characters go. Not sure why people dislike him.
4 years passed and people STILL don’t get that the Malfurion screaming TYRANDE I NEED YOU! was an illusion created by Xavius to mock Tyrande and not the real Malfurion? Seriously? The real Malfurion mocked the hell out of Xavius in the Darkheart Thicket dungeon.

Pretty sure he’s leagues above Tyrande in terms of power level though.
He’s just not as rash and arrogant as Tyrande.
Pretty sure he’s injured and recovering.
Malfurion was pretty much VERY active in the war of thorns, if anything the entire purpose of the war was to kill him, he’s THAT powerful.
No, he was fighting in Darkshore warfront. In the Darkshore cinematic he brutally buried an Orc alive with vines.

When Malfurion actually gets to do stuff it is kind of badass, it’s like the alliances uno reverse card when sh*t hits the fan.
When Xavius captured him and we saved him, the moment the shade died, he frontflipped his way out of roots.
I’m starting to think that his character is specifically designed to be this all powerful being that’s just too lazy to lift a finger, so he often doesn’t do anything.
He mostly spends his time, sleeping. And he probably saw Tyrande powering up and he was like, yea. … She got this. Imma head back to sleep in the burned tree.
But in all seriousness, He’s just one of those characters blizzard forgot about.
