Blizzard told us the cap for realm transfer would go from 2000g to 5000g after opening up again after prepatch, but this doesn’t appear to be the case as it’s still 2000g. Stop saying you’re going to do something and then not do it, it’s the worst thing to do in customer service.

Are you trying to transfer a level 60?
If you are then you should open a ticket about it.
I am yeah, and I have submitted a ticket. I’m just brutally disappointed after 7 days looking forward to getting transferred that this is what’s stopping me. I expected to only be disappointed from being unable to move to the realm I wanted, but not because of this change that hasn’t been made.
