Not sure of the question was serious but in case it was:
Nefarian is arguably the leader of the black dragons at the time of WoW Classic. The “historical leader” of the black dragonflight was his father Deathwing (final boss of Cataclysm, the third WoW expansion). But at the time of WoW Classic, not even the black dragons knew if Deathwing was still alive: the last time he was seen was 15 years prior, when he had been shot down in battle by the Alliance.
Black dragons don’t really have kings, but Nefarian is the strongest among them so they generally submit to him.
He also happens to be Onyxia’s brother.
