I’m curious. Is realy a sort of Mafia?
Bracket 1 gets 12-13k RP, based on how big the honor difference between everyone in it is, so the smart thing to do is have everyone agree to stop at a certain point (for example 1.5m), and if done correctly, everyone will get close to 13k RP, instead of a spread between 12-13k.
Breaking brackets is when someone goes past the agreed upon amount, effectively gaining nothing (they would’ve gotten roughly 13k by stacking anyway), and screwing over the people who are at the stacking point.
Agreements? It is WoW or London Stock Excange?
F*** the brackets, but i am casual player with few time so even if i farm every hour i have i will not break it. So sad.
Yes, if you have the chance, do break the brackets and enjoy the salty tears of pissed-off neckbeard rankers. It’s the right thing to do.
You’re obviously free to think whatever you want about it, but there’s no real downside to doing it, while not doing it means ranking will take longer, and you will be excluded from the premades that the people who are stacking are running, making it close to impossible to even have a chance at breaking brackets to begin with, which in turn could also lead to you being unable to get a high enough standing for the final push to rank 14.
But as we have seen from a few threads, breaking brackets is possible.
The abuse and harassment that comes from it is absolutely astonishing.
Of course it’s possible, but you’re just not going to break the brackets of a good premade.
Something people who don’t agree to bracket stacking do however, is drive up the amount of honor that needs to be farmed each week. On my server, we have a guy who plays an obscene amount, at least 18 hours a day (he pulled 2 30+ hour sessions last week), who doesn’t want to bracket stack, and what ends up happening is the bracket 1 stack having to happen at a higher amount than he can get to by playing solo, which also means fewer people will be able to make the stack. He ended up at standing 10 this week, and despite my server having 14 bracket 1 spots this week, standing 11-14 basically got the same amount of RP as the bracket 2 stack.
your best off joining a x-realm premade and finding 40 players from each realm. that way you can cease the top ranks if you play long enough.
couple people have done this on my server and tend to harass anyone who doesn’t fall in line with their premade.
I am one those who has been blacklisted. I went off the rail and trash talked both the bracket leaders.
I think the only real way is to make your own discord and go about it that way. im building my own at the moment and intend to play with a small group of players on my server and find other like minded people on different servers to farm out AV.
You can get round the bracket system if your blacklisted but it takes a lot of work. If you find yourself in that situation don’t hesitate too come to Morgraine with an alt and I’ll tell you how to get round it.
You play Alliance or Horde?
You farm honor by AV or WSG?
Feel free to ignore the questions if you don’t want to answer. Th.
Ignore those self entitled brats, play the game as you want.
Alliance, AV 99% of the time
It’s amateurs thinking they’re hot sh*t, but cant even outfarm pugs
That about sums it up. If a random solo player can perform better than the 1337 pvp gods they don’t really deserve to be r14.
Or even better - quit the game in protest because apparently Blizzard doesn’t care about its community.
my only reason to out farm the nerd lord of my serv was to trigger them didn’t expected a win situation by just casually farming AV they accused me of acc sharing xD
you gotta love them these guys, if it was not for them, how would we enjoy classic
as said above it’s not hard to break the bracket, even as a solo, just ouf farm the premade this ain’t hard
the salty hate flavored tears make it even better
I would say that it is in fact pretty hard to farm somewhere in the region of 1.5-2m honor on your own
hard no, time demanding yes, something i can afford, but that is not the case of everyone i agree on that
16 hours av 7 days a week will get you close tho
You probably can’t get much higher than 1.3-1.4m in a week by solo queueing, as 1.5m would require more than 13k honor/hour if you’re playing 16 hours/day, and you’re not going to get a consistent 13k/hour solo.
As horde you probably can’t make much more than 10k/ hour, seeing the 15-20 mins queues. Then again you can’t realy group queue on horde side so it probably matters less.
