If you have to “sit there for a minute” then you cannot chain pull after 10 second anyway. So cd usage would be optimal.
If you play that erratically in pugs you are just gutting people damage.
And i mean is not an issue of course, idc to close the keys lower in damage cause of that, as long as tank shut their mouth about it or dont complain about mob lasting too much after they staggered a big pull in 3 chain pull.
I dont get it. Waiting 5 seconds before you pop all your cooldowns. I really do not see the problem. But well, it is the healer perspective.
The amount of times dps smash their buttons even before the tank is in the pull is also a thing i will never understand. Even when we mass-ping where to LoS wait and the tank pulls big and will come back.
And then it is the bad tank, obviously.
It’s not an issue. The issue is that your random DPS won’t KNOW that your friend will continue pulling in a few seconds (maybe he should ping it or something to indicate the intentions).
I often have the same issue on my Disc, both my dmg AND my healing heavily depend on Mind Blast. If a tank pulls small (like 3 mobs) I’m sitting there thinking “Is that it… should I… just send it or…?”.
If I decide to send my MB on those 3 mobs and he then starts to pull more, the entire party might be in danger because my healing ouput will most likely be gutted once the dmg comes in.
When I decide to not send it, we just lose out on a decent junk of dmg (amplify this as DPS ofc).
Pinging is a great help in that case. I, on my Disc, also started to ping players I’m about to dispel on certain mechanics (like 1st boss Orbs in CoT or last boss debuff in SoB). This helps the players to know that I’m about to hit them with a dispel and to position accordingly, if not already done so.
A tank pinging the next trash pack would let me know, or at least assume, that he’ll continue to pull in a few seconds and I should hold my CDs. 
I wait way more than that at times , as i said, i can let my cds sit unused for up to 15s with the talent without losing cds.
But if you are sitting there for 15s with 3 mobs i assume you are not going to pull 3 more packs in the next 5 seconds.
And also the more i delay cds on a small packs, cause idk wtf you are going to do, i risk not having them for the next one.
Sorry but you literally said 5 to 10 seconds. And my context was also in that range. Not 15 seconds.
Its an example i am not there with a stopwatch.
By 10 seconds i mean the time that pass(more or less) after the tank grouped up mobs and stand still without giving any hints of what they are going to do next.
Just remember that they are probably virgins and that kind of attitude usually comes from people that aren’t generally doing very well in life.

Especially when you are playing with premades, if they start roasting you obsessively but they keep playing just finish the key and put them all in ignore or report them due to continuous offenses.
People are toxic and getting worse in groups even at lower levels most people do not care if they are pulling etc and people whisper people swearing at them in other languages etc,
One reason i dont play end game as people are idiots and most of the toxic players are level 80s
You see it in trade chat on certain realms etc and the abuse is mostly from 80s
You would think if someone is getting mass reported for toxic behavior, Blizzard will check the chat logs. If they see that in fact the other guys were the toxic ones, they would ban them instead, right?
