Incorrect. High Elves do not have a leadership. There has to be a leader in which they can unite under as a people.
But lets bring it back. What âcrimesâ has the Alliance committed?

Varian is High King of the Alliance.
The Alliance is a Human led organisation. The Horde was once an Orc led organisation. Now it is a mess. There seems to be a Council for everything. Soon there will be a Council for the Councilâs Council.
