In all seriousness though I’d say Lightforged Draenei. They lived for thousands of years fighting and surviving against the legion.
Bfa was the perfect time to introduce Night Elf Paladins as a class, especially after the massive hint that came from legion paladin campaign.

Gotta be Draenei for me, though Humans get an honorable mention. The animation for Crusader Strike on a Draenei Paladin with a 2h Mace just feels so gosh darn brutal and satisfying; It genuinely sometimes makes me wince.

By far the Blood Elves. Their TBC-era take on Paladins is unlike any other in the game and I honestly like it a lot. The dark-red and black aesthetic looks great too.
