What races or AR you DON'T want added into the game?

Speculations and wishlists on what races and AR blizz could or should add are a quite popular conversation subject, and debate sources, but what if we turn the question on its head ? What are the races and AR you don’t want added into the game and for what reason ?

Personnaly it would any of the covenant races, I have seen some people wishing for them but it’s just a recipe for disaster seeing that 1) they are dead, 2) the whole point of covenants is to let you choose which one you want to join so having your covenant race joining the other faction would kinda dumb.

keep them out, keep them away, keep them out and away for a long long time.

kinda like how the lightforged ended up joining the alliance after all the co-operation in legion, and how the nightborne and highmountain joined the horde despite the co-operation with alliance during legion

seems to just be a running theme

It’s always asked for, usually on community websites, and I’ll never understand it.
I don’t want to see Naga as an allied race.
I just feel like they’re a strictly evil/malicious race, not fitting in either faction. They’re much more suited to be the villains. Nothing wrong with an entire race having the same goal in such.

True, but being able to choose your covenant and this choice mattering is what the next expansion is built upon, so it would be the same issue x1000.

I say this with no word of a lie.

Ogres.

I have a bad feeling about the Covenant races.
I don’t know how Blizzard will do it but I am convinced that they consider covenant races to be future allied races or proper races. I mean, Good-boi blue Kyrian humans and Night Fae? It screams the Alliance.
But then you hava Necrolords and Vampire Elves(Because yes, Venthyr do have pointy ears). It’s just very Blizz thing to give all ‘good-boi’ races to the Alliance and ‘bad-boi’ races to the Horde.

Unless we’ll get surprised.

Otherwise I don’t see any non-bipedal race as viable as proper race.

Also this.

Edit:
I also don’t want anymore humans, just add body customisation or whatever to the current ones.

Honestly, all things considering, I think we got about enough races as it is. A big problem with WoW as well is that races have entierly diffrent mechanics & game effects, so the more added, the more it becomes to balance.

Remember that for every race, they must also balance them against all other races & class combinations.

Sethrak

Especially as Alliance race. All Alliance does is rescuing their leader when he was bitten by animals or something, helping them defend their temple and then the leader tells them story about sethrak past.
Not a small feat, true, but in the meantime, Horde helped them defend their temple, won the war for them and brought back their godess. Sounds like a tiny bit more than what Alliance did.

On top of that, I think the people who wanted sethrak so much were also the people who wanted high elves because they seemed to have been pulling reasons why sethrak should be playable on Alliance out of their lovely bottoms for the sake of having that visual on the Alliance side.

I don’t mind more allied races personally, although someone said no to Ogres above. I want them personally, also the Sethrakk might have been a fun addition in comparison to the mecha-gnomes which well. They’re not really that great to me.

Getting any of the Covenant races as Allied Races is just a stupid idea. These things are supposed to be like, fundamental forces of the universe, making sure the whole afterlife stays operational. Taking them in as Allied Races kind of defeats their purpose.

Should have been customizations for the gnomes rather than seperate race entierly.

:pensive: if only.

With the additional customisation, could have used it as an opportunity to do the same thing for goblins too. Just the whole you know, goblins v gnomes when it comes to tech.
