DPS -
Resource Reduction Talant - this talent needs have at least 10-15% or points that reduce rage cost or energy cost should be higher then 4 should be 8
Increase Damage Talents - this talents should have minium of 10%-15% depending on class cause 5% is non-existant it might as well non exist
crit chance - %5
Crit damage type = 100%
Max Resource Talent - Energy/Rage is pretty good +20 to either is nice to have but for casters 5% is non-existant has no real effect - this should be 10-15% mini
Threat Reduction Talent - this should always be depending on your class 30% for dps 45% for healers
Threat Increasing Talent - Mostly for tanks but for druid,warrior it should by 300% in tank or bear form and paladin 600% when dealing holy damage (cause they have no taunt)
Hit Chance/Spell Chance talents - for all classics should be 8% for melee and 10% for casters (cause believe it or not hitting spell hit cap at high level is impossible best you can reach 12-13% 16 not so much and duel weild also has increased hit chance.
not just for individuals spell groups for the whole class
Tanking Talents -
Increased Block/dodge/parry with resource gain - one of the weaker things about tanking in classic is warriors only viable tank. druids and paladin can tank dungeons. but it is constant struggle keep threat,
its important for them have manic to where they can dodge/black/parry gain rage, mana constantly so keep doing what there doing
Tank Damage = this is most important this is be talent for tanks it needs be 50% higher the dps cause good offensive is good defensive
Increased max health - if there is to be talent for this 35% max health is good passive talent
Increased Parry rate - should be increased from 5%-8%
Increased dodge rate - mostly bears 8-12%
Increased armor rate equipable items - should be increased depending on gear type for bear druids increase 650% and for warriors 350-400% armor
Thorns - think thorns should be passive every tank should get returning damage for massive threat get most of this from blacksmithing sheild spikes druid buffs and paladin ret auras increasing damage all these do by 25% and threat they produce would be nice
Healing Talents -
Spirit = Spell power - I feel this should be at 200% maybe 300% cause capping spirit should always be think for healers
Spirit = MP5 - gain more mp5 based on your spirit
Increase total mp pool talent - should always be 50%
Healing crit - either 5-8%
AoE Mana Healing Reduction - 33%
Healing Reduction - 20%
totem mp reduciton - 70%
Paladin Buff Reduction - 50%
Priest buff reduciton - 50%
Druid Buff reduciton 50%
Healing Threat reduction - 40
Healing Aoe Threat Reduction -75
why would we play Classic to change it into not-Classic?

Balance update to make a game I would not play. You’re balancing all the fun out of it. I do not play Classic because it’s the best game I could imagine. I play Classic because it’s the best we have. Your changes would … make it non-playable for me. I love Classic, warts and all.
Go make a Pserver or a Classic + with all this, but please stay away from Classic.

Talents already exist, but you want more of them, That’s where I do not agree. I do not want more, faster, and so on. I want Classic to be as close to Vanilla as possible.

The future of the Anniversary servers are deliberately kept in the dark. SoD is going to stay, so…
I do not play either. I oplay at the Era servers, mostly HC.
What’s wrong being a Classic Andy?
What’s wrong loving a 20 year old game?
Why change things to Retail rush-rush mentality?
You can go Retail (or SOD) if that’s your play-style - classic is about the journey. Things just takes time and spells are what they are.

In my opinion, positive changes are always welcome
but
you can clearly see that there’s a fair amount of people from the community that wish for these classic servers to be as close to pure as possible (and we already have a few QoL changes and all), and I think we should respect that perspective while still presenting changes if they’re REALLY important for the longevity of the game
When it comes to classes, there’s obvious “winners and losers” in Classic, which led to the development of the meta we have, and I believe that’s okay since TBC comes right after and changes things
I would say that any class changes are welcome if blizzard comes out with a Classic+ server and for those servers alone
