You literally contradicted yourself, you do realize that Sargeras is a CORRUPTED titan? And he is the most powerful of the pantheon.
Also during the fight against Argus he was aided by Sargeras.
Yes, we were also aided by the other titans, but they were arguably in an even worse position compared to Argus, and surely to Sargeras, and the fact remains that we are still talking about titans, even if weakened, they are way more powerful than old gods.
The point is that the champions already defeated more powerful foes compared to bfa.
And now we arguably have an even more powerful relic compared to legion artifacts.

And also we werent fighting Sargeras himself (who is way stronger than Argus and probably stronger than N’Zoth too)
So no I cant remember them actually being stronger than BFAs bosses but I also dont know about the artifacts vs necklace thing

It pains me to say it and I had hoped to be wrong but absolutely BFA is filler content and essentially a reskinned Legion 2.0 with worse systems. This is not really new though and since we moved to shorter expansion releases it has been a real issue and we have seen the below cycle:-
Classic - Good (generally)
TBC - Good (with the exception of levelling)
Wotlk - Arguably the best expansion
Cata - Not so good, lots of recycled models and places to fill whilst they worked on next expansion (start of cycle)
MOP - Good
WOD - Not so good, Lots of recycled models (and Org) whilst they worked on the next expansion.
Legion - Good
BFA - Not so good, Lots of recycled models (old zones and visions) whilst they work on the next expansion .
Shadowlands - Good (prediction)
Expansion after - Not so good (prediction) lots of recycled models whilst they work on the next expansion.
What does annoy me though is they have taken on Christie Golden but have managed to write a really poor story. Generally, I really like her work but it is clear that she was asked to pad both the book and this expansion worse than a shadow priest on a multi add fight.
Cause Sylvanas is a low budget Villain which has little plot past from hurrdurr turn everyone to an undead.

But honestly, after what you said earlier i basically consider you a meme, the fact that you said that old gods are stronger than titans is 180 degrees from right, especially Sargeras, which is the second strongest titan after Azeroth awakens.
