What would make the alliance more popular?

And they he told Anduin taht he is stupid. And this was not in last book because last book was about Flynn’s new lover.
He have sex with her, why you think he tolerate her?

From my pov I haven’t read the newest book yet but you’re correct.

Wait… what…?

I’m not sure what the whole “conservative” views has to do with it, as many races across Azeroth, hold onto their old “conservative” views.

The Blood Elven Mages and Warlocks are hesitant to relinquish their arcane magical ways, which they view as their birthright.
The Highborne Shen’dralar are very old in their ways and will not stop using the arcane, just because the Druids say so.

It’s not just the Alliance and plus, their mindsets actually pose issues and can make the Alliance interesting. Note - the word “can”, if Blizzard chooses to go down that path. Or we’re in for another round of Anduin Episode 4: How are we still not fwiends.

Our conversation is finished. I believe it was at the point you started railing against leafkettles input in the middle of it acting like you have some kind of gotcha with your caps riddled messages about this and that.

No worries, didn’t bother me at all, just wanted to clarify probably best to make sure you know who you’re attacking in your post else it loses that dramatic flair or cutting edge. You have a good day.

You didn’t know? They even have son who is half elf Paladin. Where you been for last 14 years? Yes they still meet and do adult stuff if no one is watching.

Ah. I thought you were writing about Flynn and Shawn, to be honest with you.

Talking…didn’t know that was “adult” stuff, but their you go…

I’ll stop talking to my 3 year old nephew, because that’s “adult” stuff.

Also, they can’t do “that” sort of thing, because she’s of the Void and he’s of the Light. They can hardly touch, let alone…do “that.”
And the way your thinking, Blizzard wouldn’t bring in scenes of that sort of thing. Only weirdo fan-artists do that.

Personally I think cooler Allied Races would help…

So far the Alliance has gotten the short end of the stick every time when it comes to Allied Races, with the exception of Void Elves who are very popular.

But I don’t know whether Void Elves are popular for their own sake for the majority, or whether it’s because it’s the “2nd best thing” after High Elves and as close as they can get.

You mean what races? More sexy Lightforged Pandarens? This can works.

Blizzard seriously messed up with allied race selection for alliance.

They should have had

Vrykul instead of kultirans
Tuskar instead of mechagnomes
Broken instead of light forged
Proper high elves instead of traitor blood elves

Vrykul is the one race id think about moving for.

Free sub will be so op.What about Double agents?

Horde has the similar problem. Insulters and toxic people, and leavers. But happens rarer because population is wider than alliance.

We need a 3rd faction or 2nd(after merging horde and alliance) and that is void.

AS a wow token playerI have nearly 0 incentive to main an alliance character over horde atm.Unless someone gifts me a sub for a year for whole expansion.

  • Well i dont think its mosty about racials. But i agree on some point. Some ally racials are ridiculously nerfed, Shadowmeld Tbh; needs a buff rog rogues and feral druids.(it shouldnt break on moving and act as a vanish) They can add a cast time if they wish.
  • dwarwes should be larger also adding faster mining for alliance dwarves could be very good for alliance population.
  • n.elfs should be taller,and their racials fixed(as i said above)
  • Humans should have more character create customizations.
  • *Dark iron dwarf racial can be greatly improved by making it mage like travel race, that can travel through map and unlock mole locations.
  • *Making ally cities ‘‘less cramped’’ can greatly help.
  • *The only race that can ‘‘even out’’ the alliance vs horde ratio is Vyrkuls.(tallest human race)

Are we talking about Alleria and Turalyon?

I think I got a bit lost in the convo. Yes they have a son.

Shadowmeld has always been a racial for the Elves where you can only stand in one spot.

It’s the way it was in W3, when you had to guide Tyrande through the Doom Guards to get across the river and meet with Shandris.

They can’t make that any more OP than it already is. For Rogues and Druids, it serves as double vanish. Already OP in PvP.

And M plus

Not anymore I think. Turalyon is infused with the Light and Alleria is infused with the Void.

I think I read somewhere that mere physical contact between them causes both pain because of the opposing forces the energies in their bodies come from.

Haven’t read anywhere that they have separated, they still seem fond of each other, but I don’t think they can bump uglies anymore without excruciating pain.

I strongly agree Vrykuls should have been chosen, or at the very least made the Kul Tiran population a crossbreed with Vrykuls and Humans, as some Drust settled in Kul Tiran society and the Drust were a tribe of Vrykul.
That way they could have made “mini-Vrykuls” if they were worried about the Vrykul themselves being too tall. Still very, very tall compared to Humans but not “I can’t enter this building because of the small doorway” tall.
The Kul Tirans as they were implemented was a failure.

I don’t have any love or hate for the Tuskarr, but at the same time I have no love or hate for the Mechagnomes either.
One or the other, makes no difference to me.

Broken would indeed be more unique, but they’d need a female form as well.

I personally like the “edgier” theme of the Void Elves, but I’d have nothing against playable High Elves. They fit the bill and are very popular.

What will it make more popular?
. Easy = cross faction play

No, that would be completely unviable. That’ll make everything much, much worse.

Horde complains about lightforged draenei and mechagnomes’s racials

Exactly so, and they should.

Imo, Blood elves and nightborne should be the refugees, not Night elves and high/void elves.

Elves and humans shouldn’t be strong and powerful on the horde, - really the forsaken/blood elves and nightborne should take a back seat. Elves and humans should be an alliance strong suit and one of it’s major attractions.

You shouldn’t be giving the horde all the elven empires (Thalassian and night elven ones) and rip half it’s heart out by having it’s elves completely second rate to the horde’s own. These are alliance themed races, put on the horde to give it an aesthetic option, not to remove it from the alliance and change the alliance - no - it served a purpose to help boost the horde profile, we’re way past that, it should return to the alliance majoring on those two races.

The elf horde representation and strength also diminishes the horde’s identity, which should be much stronger on the ORc/Goblin/Troll/Tauren front. With elves and forsaken humans playable options but not dominant and no where near as well set up as they have been.

This is if you’re serious about reversing the trend. I believe the horde were given all these thigns to make them more attractive. It’s not necessary now, they are the overwhelming favourites, so the elven focus and foundation should return to the alliance. and I feel the home of the High elves (Silvemoon/Quel’thlaas) and the ancient home of the Darnassians (Suramar, broken isles) should also return to them.

It just so happens they are looking for a new home too. In the meantime, Blood elves and Nightborne as well as Forsaken should be making new homes in Kalimdor and Northrend, make shift smaller settlements in time.

That’s what I think.
