45m dungeon queue, 3 days into an expac release… Is there anyone even playing this?

Too many DPS, not enough tanks and healers.
You’re only making it worse by not tanking when you’re playing a class that can tank.

so he should play the game in a way he dont enjoy? and learn to play a style he may not want to? wow, imagine having to play something you DONT want just so you can play the game,

Well, if you won’t do that then you can sit and wait in the queue like everyone else who thinks like that. Blizzard can’t just snap their fingers and conjure tanks and healers out of thin air.
which is also why the holy trinity of healer dps and tank is outdated and must go in favor of a new system, its funny cuz gw 2 doesnt have any issues here, and ffxiv doesnt either, apparently its fun being a tank and healer in those games

I played a white mage for all my time in FFXIV. I’ve also dabbled into playing a paladin. They’re both boring as hell compared to tanks or healers in WoW.
Go Play GW2 then.
Maybe they don’t get abused by random nobodies in those games.

Just laughable.
I think other games don’t have as much issue because they have more tank classes. But still on release I would expect to see enough players to counter the issue. Normally I do play tank on my DK but I fancied trying the new evoker class so I haven’t been leveling my DK

It seems that ilvl for HC has been lowered. I was not able to queue earlier today but now i can.
i figured it out tonight. its because of how alt leveling works atm . and since a lot of tank / healers are alts who are getting into “not base” 4 dungeons toghether with level 70s doing normal dungeons , since tehey are level 60 regular leveling dungeons are well … after like 14:00 when a lot of people start to play 
its blizzard being blizzard again - another problem cause by rushed expansion . onthe bringht side hc dungeon que is very fast atm most liekly because a lot of dps are not 70 dont have itlv to get in

Maybe your character has been bugged?
My priest for some reason has been showing as having 370+ ilvl since a few hours into 70, currently it says my bag spec is 376. I’m not gonna complain because people instant invite to mythic groups thinking I’m ubergeared. It’s in fact ilvl 355.

You sound like a dd. If so then that are a dps problems. My queues as a tank are almost instant.
