You wanted deep wounds removed when it made arms the best melee ingame, im glad blizzard ignored all these opinions then and buffed it now that haste corruptions are gone 
Its not removed as you wanted, its still deep wounds but its buffed to buff damage.
Still all the damage comes from Deep wounds and condemn, its a double buff based on the mastery you wanted removed and to the borrowed power you wanted to be removed again which makes 0 sense as always 
Yh running in2 3+ boomies on the regular. But I feel like if they don’t kill people during convoke they actually don’t deal that much damage.
Whereas warriors with the changes in SL and now with the small buffs they are even better, which is a nice change from BFA.
Fury is 9th and arms is second to last.
Back in BFA where you whined about them they where 2nd.
