The perfect mounts for me from aesthetics PoV are any wingless flying horses.

Other than that I also appreciate mounts that are very small like the flying discs

TBH I think the only mount that would realistically be an option is the Grand Expedition Yak
its the only one that could carry all the crap in my bags!!LOL

I have a soft spot for most of the MoP mounts though. I love the Cloud Serpents for flying and the goats for ground.

Aye - I love the mount, but it needs to be like a third of the size for me to use it. :frowning:

I personally prefer smaller mounts - so I generally use either wyvern or gryphons, or a hippogryph. The only dragonriding mount I use is the Wylderdrake.

I love the Grand Gryphon. I hope they’ll update the model a bit though; because it’s MoP era and starting to show its age a little bit.

I usually just love actual animal (or ‘fantasy’ animal) mounts, especially ones without fancy or over-the-top armor or saddles; just a simple leather saddle or alternatively; bags and adventuring gear on its back; I love that.

My Enchanted Fey Dragon.

It’s a mega version of my favourite creature in the game - The Spite Darter Hatchling

And on the subject, the Headless Horseman’s Mount is my nomination. Ofc, no mount can be perfect for all characters - not only transmog, but also size can look well or badly with each character.

But the Headless Horseman’s Mount looks natural both on the ground and in the air.

On topic though, for flying in old content i use Ashes of Al’ar and ground mount i use the Llothien Prowler. Although this new fangled dragon flying thing is pretty neat
