Custom World chat is not made by Blizzard and therefore subject to moderation by players (Kicks etc). If you see rule violating behaviour you can still report it (getting kicked from a custom chat isn’t).

Just /join world.

But channel admin switches to another person whenever the previous one logs out.

So if you get channel admin you can set password and just boot everyone out of it
