This one says Monday, 23:59 CET:

This raises an obvious question: When does the 24-hour maintenance start? Monday 23:59 CET or Tuesday 06:00 CET?

I think the 23:59 i US servers and 06:00 is EU servers

As you can see, both posts are on EU forums. Why would they post here something regarding US realms?

Secondly, in posts regarding US realms they use PST or EDT, never CET.
