There is no Horde bias. Only Alliance bias. And it destroys all the fun for all Horde players.

Sylvanas has already broken the Blood Oath of the Horde. She is not going to be welcomed back. Interestingly, and using the word -correctly- She is a traitor to the Horde, as in she has actually betrayed it.

BfA ended with neither side wanting another war, because the Alliance was short on manpower (As referenced by Genn and Anduin cutscene, and the Horde is all but Bankrupt right now (As referenced in âa Night in Verseâ) and Wars are pretty expensive things to do!
Also donât count on the Vindicaar. It really is not as good as some fanboys like to think. So basically youâve got two options to pick from here.
The -Only- source that says it can fire from Orbit, is the Light Forged Draenei racial ability. Thatâs it. Thatâs the sole source. Now, assuming this is true, this means that they canât nuke anything from Orbit. It tickles Kobolds.
Now in game cut scene, we actually do see it use itâs weaponry. It rather notably has to descend out of orbit, in fact descend into range of ground to air artillery before it can bring itâs weapon to bear. I mean it blatantly does that, itâs getting hammered to hell by the time it uses itâs gun.
Pretty sure the Horde could gun it out of the sky if it tried anything like that, it would be in range of not only ground to air artillery, but by definition also Aerial Cavalry, and whilst they no longer have city busters because not having the Focussing Iris anymore, we know the Blood Elves are still making Tactical Mana bombs (Isle of Thunder quests)

I honestly donât think they put that much thought into it. They needed the Mechoriginator to be this big planet ending threat so that weâd have a reason to go to Mechagon, and then just kinda forgot or didnât realise that we didnât actually destroy it and that itâs still in there as of when the Mechagnomes became an Allied Race.
Iâd also hesitate to call it an âI Winâ button per se - The Alliance may be majoritarily comprised of cursed Titanforged, but theyâd still be wiping out almost half of their (playable) races if they used it (Itâs 7:5 Titanforged to not if weâre including the Worgen as TF, which Iâm honestly not sure the Mechoriginator would do with). Most the titanic peoples also seem to be pretty set against reversion anyway (Heathens - Mechazod did nothing wrong!). Itâs more of a weapon of absolute last resort. Itâs a bit like Trident: âWeâre screwed, so weâre taking you with usâ. 
Everyone who buddies up to the Alliance is a traitor who deserves execution by being burnt alive on a pyre.

This would result in a complete power vacuum, infighting, tribalism and fractures within the Horde. It wouldnât be long before cooperation ended completely and it dismantled itself from the inside.
