Do you mean Nethergard Keep on Classic Era or Cataclysm Classic?
I can guarantee you there are players on Era - I don’t know about Cataclysm.

As I said above, I don’t know anything about Cata population. My guess would be server is dead and people left for higher populated servers.
You should maybe ask in the Cata Classic forums instead for a better answer.
Play on Mirage Raceway. Its full of people.

The server was marked as for closure and it was locked for new players. Everyone moved to other servers. There were free transfers to Mirage and Pyrewood. I do not know if this is still the case.

if so its because most people have maxed gear now
