I am so looking forward to seeing original draenei heritage armor and the troll one. Trolls could have something inspired by Volājinās outfit I suppose? And the draenei could get something different from the LF armor and the crystal plate from BRF because I feel like this is too over used when it comes to draenei. And it needs to be for the undead, not what they would have worn as lordaeron humans, but with dust and stuff.

Iām not gonna stick my nose up at the idea exactly, but seriously - Iād rather want a model update to fix the neck seams and stuff.
EDIT: WoWHead is full of specifically Pandaren transmogs that are really excellent.
Have a look at this:
Iām not a big fan of the helmet even if it does look very Chinese, but outside of that it looks incredible, it looks like a mage, and it looks like a Pandaren.
Feels like theyāre way more focused on Covenant sets still, 9.1 adding another one.
And then in 9.2 I believe weāre getting class tier sets back.
Heritage armor is a way off.
I want Undead, I feel like in Blizzards mind the Warfront sets checked off Human/Orc and Night Elf/Undead as heritage armor. Canāt deny theyāre close to what it would probably be, but still disappointing.

well I think it was confirmed at some point that those races will get heritage armors but way later (because of Warfronts)

Well if I had to pick between model updates for Pandaren OR their armors Iād go with the updates.
Every race has armors that fit them well, doesnāt mean we canāt use more right

Thatās true.
Itās just thatā¦ for example Tauren, there were literally no totem pole or native american looking armour set in the whole game, and in Warcraft 3 it was a truly defining feature of their looks.
Itās not like that with Pandaren. Thereās a whole expansion of transmogs. As such there are many heritage sets Iād like to see added before anything for Pandaren even though I play one. Iāve got lots to play with. Itās all a matter of priority.
Iād also say this: Many heritage armour sets were added in BfA. The S1 and S2 PvP sets scream Human/Orc and Night Elf/Undead. If youāre looking for a racial set, look no further.
I agree, races like gnomes and goblins, taurens etc needed their thematics servicing because prior to their HA, you couldnāt really get their āLookā very well. For gnomes and goblins it was basically ābe an engineer for gogglesā and thatās it, tauren? Nothing.
Pretty much every piece of armour that drops in MoP outside of a few HoF sets is suitable for pandaren and is themed with the Pandaren-asian thematic in mind. In this way Pandaren have a LOT more viable sets going for them than a race like goblins does and many of these sets have multiple tints as well.
For example letās run with mage as you posted a neat set there. Youāve got three different tints of a questing set with the wide-brim sunhat which is great for mages, you have the generic dungeon cloth as well which works exceptionally well for pandaren mages. You also have the off-set pieces of the tier sets of other classes (like priests and locks) that you can mix and match with as well. Are all of them perfect? No, but many of them capture the Pandaren vibe very well. Pandaren have it great when it comes to armour and weaponry as well!
Pandaren need the model update more than a set.

The quests that accompany the heritage armour sets are quite nice and unique though so I would like to see more.

Implement Heritage Weapons for the races that need them!
Armor sets are useless without matching weapons. Just look at Nightbourne and Castle Nathria sets.
How are you supposed to do DPS if youāre using the wrong weapon?
