Happy to risk the inevitable forum ban for pointing out this response was unacceptable.
We don’t have a bug report forum. We have just attempted as a collective to point out a massive, server-wide bug with our server’s behaviour. We have quoted past CS responses. We have quoted the development team. We have pointed out the issue clearly.
But we’re not NA? We can’t report bugs directly. This is our bug report. We have a severe bug. We got told “Nope, not a problem, sorry” and thread locked.
Sincerely asked, how do you expect us to get this fixed, if you’re stopping us communicating the problem’s severity?
This is a situation which is being shared within all Argent dawn RP discords and with the community as a whole, it is a situation causing people to begin unsubbing. We are trying to prevent the loss of the community your devs are actively trying to keep with introducing player housing, the trading posts, cosmetics, pets. All the work they are doing.
All we want is the bug fixed. Which I do not think is an over the top ask.
This is not a bug, Zyretha, and this has been confirmed internally before I posted my response in the thread in question.
If you believe nonetheless that it is, you can report a bug in-game. It does the exact same thing as making a post on the US forums, in the Bug Report section. US players can also report a bug in-game. The US forums do not have a higher priority than bugs reported in-game.
Alternatively, if you believe that something different was said in the past, I can only encourage you to send your feedback about this issue to our developers.
Game masters and Customer Support cannot change how the game works.
