All complaints about balancing aside, there’s just no enjoyable pvp content to play atm. (please don’t get me started on lag festival stvietnam)
This was very different in p1 with WSG premades, with the changes to how the queue works, premades have disappeared entirely. I understand that a lot of casuals were frustrated facing off against premades at the time, but it gave dedicated players something to do. My entire guild and everyone I know is very unhappy with the changes and just wants to play premade bgs. If it’s such a problem for the SOD community to face premades in bg queue, just add rbg. Very easy thing to do, add a couple of cosmetics or just a visible rating and the queue would be incredibly popular. As it is now, SOD feels like it’s dying, more and more people quitting, Blizzard needs to act now.
Sadly feels like nobody cares for the pvp community, as per usual.
Someone is very emotional about this and obviously didn’t read my post. Nobody cares about farming easy reputation, we want pvp content, hence my suggestion to implement rbgs, that people like you can stay out of.
Who hurt you? Why would you get so personal?
Also butchering someones quote like that, is extremely inappropriate.
Edit: Looking at this guys posting history tells quite the story, very likeable member of the community!
can yoy be more specific about what it is you want?
You can still play premade? You just more likely to meet other premades now?
You say its frustrating for casuals to meet premade groups, but gave dedicated players something to do?
What i read is “I want to premade again with no challenge attached to it because im a dedicated player” You actually do sound alot more casual than dedicated. Plz tell me i get this the wrong way? Im not being offensive here. I just dont get it?
Maybe 5 people is a good size in your opinion, but for guilds with people who enjoy pvp it sucks because you basically can’t queue with more than 5 people.
I get that. But i think it has to be balanced out against the interests of the solo Qers. 5 man premade is a good compromise imo. The phase 1 experience was a complete desaster for those who just want to solo Q the occasional BG
Also , at this point i wouldnt expect much 10 man premades in any case. It was purely a rep farm thing made EZ mode in P1 due to the limited amount of class’ abilities where “premade” simply meant stacking OP Classes. Real pvp premade requires coordination, class and role setups and a lot more work in general
If no one is queuing up as a premade it would appear as if there are no dedicated pvp players interested in facing a worthy foe. So it does seem like those countless premade enjoyers in fact just wanted easy rep. If that wasn’t the case, they’d still be queuing up, but they’re not, soooo…
That’s because there is no incentive to do so atm. You are much better off farming stv coins for ab rep and wsg most people already did in p1. Matter of fact a large part of the pvp community already left SOD because of this issue.
Merely adding a rated bg queue with a visible rating would fix this though and cause players to return.
And my original point was that there evidently is not enough interest in what you’re asking for. If people were actually interested in said type of gameplay they would queue as a premade. But as you said, nobody does it. The only logical conclusion then is that nobody is interest in it.
As for adding “incentives”, that doesn’t mean they’re interested in the gameplay then either, only that they want to get whatever it is they can get through that type of gameplay.

That is not true, as I have stated previously, which you seemingly so skillfully overlooked again, adding a visible rating would be enough to create a queue that people like me would be interested in. No loot needed. And there are a lot of people that think this way.
Again, you are interested in what you might get from making a premade, be it loot, a rating, cosmetics or something else that you might not get otherwise. That is what you’re focusing on. The actual gameplay is readily available, you and everyone else can have as much of it as you like right this moment. But you see that as pointless without the previously mentioned things.
