Hi guys i am an absolute noob at this game, and i wonder if I should go to Westfall or go into Loch Modan, i am confused can you guys help me?

As a general rule - go to wherever there are the most players. That means you will find people to play with - it makes it easier to complete quests and is a lot more fun when you are being social.
You can type “/who westfall” into the chat bar and it will tell you all the people in Westfall. Or “/who loch modan”. If you open the social menu (o) there is a Who window that you can refresh.
Westfall is fun but has a lot of tough to kill packs of Defias mobs. Fun for groups though!
Also be sure to join the /world channel as you can ask for advice in there.
What I would do is go Loch Modan, do all the quest you can, then fly over to SW and do Westfall. Once you’ve done what you can in Westfall, you’re probably ready to start in Redridge. I’d go back to the loch after maybe a couple Redridge quests.
But, really, it doesn’t matter. As long as you know the zones you can go to it’s all good.
well technicaly the fastest lvling is do loch modan first set of quests up to lvl 12-13 then do darkshore till 18 or so then finish off loch modan
I suspect you’ll end up doing both.
The human story continues in Westfall, but unless you farm a lot, you’ll complete all quests up to your level and still be 12-13. At that point you can go to the dwarven lands. Doesn’t even hurt to do the latter part of Dun Morogh.
Same the other way around.
It’s also helpful so that you get reputation with both places.

I did both. I did the easier quests in loch modan first, then went to westfall for the easy and medium difficulty quests, then finished up in loch modan and finally finished up westfall.
I always go Westfall, tons of quests killing mobs, a lot of players in the area and when you hit around 18 you can still run around questing as well as looking for deadmines groups
