Where's best place to quest without Horde at mid 40s?

I spent 4 hours trying to quest in Tanaris last night and I gained about 10% of the XP bar to next level. I enjoy PvP plenty and I was racking up my HKs but i was trying to complete quests and get XP and it was just impossible because there was always Horde players around and I spent all the time fighting players rather than mobs.
As a Warrior on my own it’s risky business fighting mobs and players together.

I have just finished Vietnam Jungle and I’ve only managed to complete two or three quests in Tanaris due to horde.

Are there any better places for alliance? Hinterlands?

Hinterland might be mpre quiet. No idea about alliance quests there.
At yoir lvl it might be a good idea to focus on dungeons until bgs come out.

I don’t see how battlegrounds will help really. I’m not referring to Horde ganking me from high level, I just mean other people who are also questing. :slight_smile:
Thanks for the suggestion though. Dungeons do seem like an efficient way of getting XP although I couldn’t find enough people for ZF when I finally got bored of PVP.

If youre up for grind and good gold farm, go to the naga cave, south of feathermoon stronghold.

If you’re questing your way through the 40s you will have to go through all the zones, tanaris, feralas and hinterlands mainly

Yeah they seem to be inter-linked which is cool. i have not entered Feralas or Hinterlands yet. I just arrived in Tanaris at level 47.:slight_smile:

I did this on my first character and at the time it was viable, now though, it is full of horde 60s grinding for golden pearls on my server, and they are quick to kill anyone that moves in. The beaches at ruins of solarsal are still viable for grinding but I’d suggest instances as well.

You’re in a good spot then. I’d start in hinterlands, theres a quest leading to both tanaris and feralas there

I found hinterlands to be quite quiet but that was only a few days into phase 2 the last time I was ther and from wha I’ve seen on the forums feralas seems to have raids there camping, but worth checking it out

The least populated zones at that level are Swamp of sorrows and later Deadwind pass. In between run Sunken Temple for exp as mutch as possible.

Deadwind Pass is a good shout, there should be lots of quests there to see me through to level 50 or so right? :stuck_out_tongue:

Just pure grind, most likely faster than questing at that level.
