Zandalari Rogue is S yes was thinking about it but then Undead Rogue is better
Zandalari from lore + logic perspective is not 100% suitable match I reckon
As it’s so huge

Paladin is a hybrid class none of the Class which is hybrid is not S tier

Zandalari Hunter? With all these dinosaurs all around Zuldazar and you can see many tamed dinos walking on the streets alongside the trolls.

Is it even possible, in the Illidari meaning of DH (because anyone can hunt demons technically)?

I always assumed they were separately identified as demon hunters because they were part- or mostly-demon themselves.
Class balance changes every tier so it’s pointless to pick a class based on that.
Mages (or Arcanitals for the Zandalari) are always a safe pick though.
The RPG (which is non-canon so Idk if it’s still valid) seems to offer both descriptions.

No offence but I never do what you do or others do - I only follow my own natural desire passion and what I feel like doing.
I always make characters without asking only with Zandalari Troll I’m a bit confused.
I want Zandalari S tier Class DPS wise everything wise (PVE + PVP) and at all times
And it seems from lore + logical perspective the only one to fulfils my criteria when it comes to Zandalari Troll race are the following :
S tier : DK, Mage & Rogue
A tier : Warrior & etc
Paladin & Druid (since they’re hbrid Class they belong somewhere in between B-C tier) (Hybrid Classes never belonged to S tier since the beginning of time - since Vanilla times).
But if we look since the beginning and the creation of concepts such as DK & DH Classes Champion Classes and considering all the available Classes and the perfect synchronisation with lore + logic & Race/Class Combo and the racials and the whole substance of it then yes,
When it comes to Zandalari Troll race, from lore + logical perspective (S tier Class) DPS wise everything wise (PVE + PVP) and at all times are the following ones :

DK
-
Mage
-
Rogue
A tier are the following :
- Warrior (& etc).
& etc.
So yes that’s what I think.

Most lore friendly class for zandalari trolls is shaman. Anything else comes after that.

All hybrid Classes are not on S tier DPS wise
I think you may have to compromise on the lore side to get s tier by the looks of it.

All of them suit Zandalari lore, just different parts of it. This is ultimately down to your preference between the classes mechanically.
DK - Servitor of Bwonsamdi. Although Bwonsamdi doesn’t like it when others raise the dead, he’s totally fine with doing it for his own ends as we see in BoDA. Therefore a DK pledged in his service would be completely plausible, not to mention possible (DKs were raised by a “death god” type figure, Bwonsamdi is equivalent to this).
Rogue - Shadra has been mentioned as assassins of the crown, also you have Jani the Loa of Trash, and a Zanda rogue who is a possible robin hood type figure, or even a swashbuckler, given their tendency for seafaring. Many angles for Rogue tbh.
Mage - Zandalari are amongst the first arcanists in Azeroth, and are infamous for designing the original magical wards which Thalassian Elves then altered and made their own (after humans helped them). Zandalari value knowledge immensely and have latent magical potential. Mage is a solid fit for Zandalari. Zandalari mages can work with just about any Loa you like.

S tier I mean power wise.
And as long as it’s not absurd and it’s a normal compromise and perfect balance between Lore + Logic then it’s fine with me.
As I’ve mentioned above - when it comes to Zandalari Troll race, from lore + logical perspective (it doesn’t need to be 100% Lore & 100% Logic as long as it has Balance it’s fine. As long as it’s not absurd and has balance between Lore + Logic then it’s fine)
So yes,
