can someone please recruit some of them to their guilds so they don’t have to play this game alone without friends?

It’s sad how little they care. This would be so easy to clean up. You could have one guy just blanket ban every BRD teleporter. Matter of one or two weeks to get them all gone.

Just stop it please. At every topic there are some people who are intentionally or unintentionally defending bots and actiblizzion’s silent state about the main problem.
Who does coffer runs for 30-35g per hour where it is possible to double/triple/quadruple it with very basic and far easier farms at this stage of the game? Really?
Even at the beginning there were very few rogues doing it. It was maybe 3 or 4 rogues per server. Now brd is full of 50+ rogues 7/24 at every server.
Come on. Don’t be so naive.

Well , i’m talking from my own experience long time ago looking for ways to earn money legit (not boting). I don’t personally know is this still exist these days or this exclusively exist only as boting.
I didn’t do this for ages so really don’t know about present day trends that much.

As you see you have to be “politically correct” here about bots otherwise you’ll trigger lots of people.
I mean…how dare you ask if there is a possibility to be a legit player among bots.

To answer your question in full, most Rogues you see in BRD are most likely bots. Legit players are there for the lockpick skill done by opening the doors or maybe a few that run the coffer room.
Seeing raids of Rogues in BRD a few phases back was something understanble but now it’s clear why they are there, and without a Guild.
The bots are becoming more and more “sofisticated” now as the demand is high, apparently, and they can farm various dungeons not only farming out in the world.
Blizzard did implement some kind of detection that’s related mostly to dungeon resets and time spent online although it doesn’t seem to make a difference. On the contrary legit players were banned. There are reddit posts of players that actually streamed while playing and still got the axe.
That’s trendy right now.

Then they can ask to be unbanned and blizzard can take a look at the action and justify if they where bitting or not.
It doesn’t even matter because I believe the bots flyhack behind the coffers so it would be trivial to see who’s farming legitimately and who isn’t.
I sometimes go to brd to pick pocket blinding powder, maybe they are all doing the same?!
I was planning on trying out some BRD gold farming runs. But if there are other much more lucrative places I’d rather go for those.

Well, falsely banning somebody for bots isn’t the way to go.
So banning them all isn’t a good idea, but most of them would be bots.
What about the ones that could be just guildless running a regular BRD dungeon?

The BRD coffer run myth has started with the start of Classic by youtube videos from private servers.
At private servers, you can pickpocket boe items and it is not a case in Classic. Many rogues (including me) watching those videos started to do coffer runs at the begining of Classic. But than they realized that this was a very poor farming option because it has a fixed revenue, and with Classic’s inflated prices, it is just crappy crap.
You can do anything. Anything you do will be better than coffer runs with current prices. 1 hour coffer run is like 30 gph, and it is equal just 20 wild steelbloom a level20 herb, sure you can gather at least 4-5 stacks in an hour. If you dont have gathering profession even by killing level 25 spiders you can reach more gph. Elementals more lucrative ofc. And etcetc… You got the point.
Any farm is better than brd for “legit players”.
Brd is only good for bots now.
That is what a bot would say.

It is the way to go if it stops bots. Some people might get falsely banned but then they can easily talk to blizzard to take a second look at the accusations.
Getting banned for days, isn’t exactly gonna be fun for them due to lack of support lol.
come to ten storms, there is never anyone in BRD. or in stratholme
that’s 12.99 x 48 sub money, no way in hell blizzard is gonna ban that.
Same thing in Sunken Temple. Do a /who and it’s full of what I assume is 4 rogue + 1 priest groups of unguilded chars with random names.
