That would enable some degenerate game-play though; kill all bosses and only 99% of the mob-count. Let the timer expire. Kill 1%, loot, reset, rerun.
I can hardly care about farmable hero-track loot. But probably people want to do it for specific trinkets…
But my suggestion is; completetion means no key change. No matter timed or untimed. Otherwise nobody would select the current normal timed version.

Then I see more in giving keys charges, as was suggested some other time(s). Being able to re-run 2-3 times, fine. Endless? No, big no.

Like being able to run your vault +10’s on completion so you do not need to all the time pingpong 10-9-10-9 etc.
And for me personally i try to get 12’s timed and i am pingponging 11-12(13)-11-12 etc.
It wasn’t really loot related. But i do understand people want to keep at least a keylevel of what they currently have.
