Healers: Why is this DPS standing in pools and not interrupting? 
Why is the tank not using any defensive cooldowns?
DPS: Why is this tank moving the mobs out of my ground AoEs? Tank can you stop movi- (you have been removed from the party)

Nothing like generalisation to keep the bitterness going
Tanks are a rare commodity. So if you do find one, there is no harm in treating them with some respect and care.
If a Tank is struggling to perform a task, guide them, don’t start berating them, this will only put them under more pressure and stress making them more prone to mistakes.
Treat Tanks better then I guarantee you will see many more players playing Tanks.

Because we tanks get treated like poo and always get snarky remarks “oh you didn’t do X what an idiot” “wow noob you didn’t move the boss I’m a main tank I know better” and all the disrespectful insults and blame shifting
If you do that in my group either you’re out or I am.
see it from their point of view, tanking and healing is by far harder than dps. and then some dps whos job is just to attack suddenly critizise them. its not fun for them.

It’s the reason why I don’t tank or heal ever again in any mmo ever again.

And yes tanks do decide the pace of the dungeon

I stopped playing Tank after Pandaria. I just got tired of toxicity and abuse, oh and not to mention impatient DPS who start pulling extra mobs just because they are on top of the table. The Tank knows what he/she can handle, don’t need the DPS to pull more just because you are in a rush. Looking at you Hunters and Rogues with your threat redirections.

I had a healer priest like that yesterday in +0, kept saying go go ! And kept pulling ahead of me. I was about to leave several times but wanted the dungeon for the weekly
Worse is when you get a party of friends or guild. Then they all start pressuring you.
I remember once I got annoyed so I start a kick process on one of them and gave the reason s**t tank. The satisfaction of watching them kick one of their own was awesome and then the kick cool-down was icing on the cake.

Doesn’t work like that. You need a majority vote to kick someone. If the tank doesn’t like you, that doesn’t matter unless at least 2 others agree.
