Why are people constantly getting flaged?

Because its GD an active forum and not arena’s or classic wow its a different type of user here.
To be honest there is no logical reason to use that term and use it in caps.

This post here 19 days ago in general forums, uses the term I used in all caps as well and did not get flagged. (Comment 32 by user Crimsonclaws)

At this point I'm refusing communications outside my guild

I have to agree with the part of chat censor not working for sure. I was trying to have a conversation with a guy, just casual, nothing really -can’t even remember what was about, standard in-game on the spot friendly conversation- the game blocked his message. I was like, ok this must be a reason so I let it go and stopped the conversation. I had a weird feeling though that first few sentences was completely okay, no cussing trolling nothing, so WTF… Definitely broken reading after the commen…

I can link dozens of more examples if you want where it’s that word used all in caps and not getting flagged and in general forums.
