you can , however i am not sure if i can inv peeps to it from a different timeline than me. next time i try to find a group in westfall for it in chat , see what it gives.
The wording is not exactly right. Yes you can level 1-60 the old fashioned way but really it’s not worth the time. You level so quickly you’ll be going back to chromie every five levels.
