vrykul are too large to go through many doors. the kul tirans are surely a compromise.
Iām pretty sure kul tirans are probably the form of the first pink vrykul and the early human form. it would be nice to get some form of confirmation on this.

They are not though. They are humans, which were originally Vrykul with stunded growth thanks to the curse of the flesh, which generations prior had reduced them from iron Vrykul.
Kul titans are not a separate race, they are only one for gameplay.
For me personally Vrykul do not give enough to Alliance to tempt back players for the faction, it is again another humanoid race. I would love to see Satyr or Drakonid just something a bit different.
If it has to be humanoid then for me I would love to see Ethereals.

Thats a good idea. I believe that this should happen: Vrykul for the Alliance and Ogres for the Horde.

You would need to resize them to make them properly playable and that wouldnāt play well into things. Same problem is with any race in game which is oversized e.g. frost giants.
I would empty my bank account on race changes. Iāve been yelling for Vrykul ever since Allied Races were a thing.

The badass magic wielder , ogron killer empire builder Ogres would be indeed a nice addition to the Horde
Not the āme big, me smash youā¦ no me!ā two headed or inbred simpletons you encountered in WC2 and around Azeroth
Now the Ogres of Draenor (I know , the Horde ogres are from there too, but for some reason always felt they are a token force, the Imperator grabbed the dumbest cannon folders and tossed to the Warchief as bone, here, take some, and these massive stone juggernout fleet and shut up)?
If they would be ever added, they would dominate the Horde in a week or two topsā¦ so the main reason they will never add āsmart ogresā - the player characters canāt be dumb - they would either enslave everyone in the Horde or destroy it completly (mostly for revenge on the pocket sized Orc survivors)
Now the Botani on the other handā¦ the Alliance would be cool with these plant people, fitting addition to the druids and a very dark streakā¦ 
Botani Hunters with the racial to tame āplant mobsāā¦ scary beyond imagination

Okay fair point. Though I imagine some people want to experience the original ādumb ogreā fantasy. And having highmaul ogres would mean having to faff round with the AU again, and didnāt we overthrow the gorians in WoDās first raid? We caused the collapse of their civilisationā¦ I doubt they would want to join us.
On the other hand, if I was given the choice of gorian ogres or no ogres I know which Iād pickā¦
You only get cuddly ogres with one head. The two headed ones freak me out.

Not sure how practical mating would be but science has come a long way.
They do, just not ingame yet. I think back in Cataclysm they did thought about making it a race instead of goblins, but animating the females and two heads is what delayed it for āMaybe another timeā
Actually it is said that some ogres measure the same height as Male Taurens. They come in many sizes.
