The spell just lasts too long. 20 seconds of inability to use your main way of CCing is busted, neither does it feel good to play against and have an enemy priest cast polymorph without even fearing being interrupted since they don’t care about their Arcane school getting a kick. It’s not like RM/RMX has -that- much trouble with it - the mage gets locked out on sheep, they’ll just use other CC for that next go like blind>sap. Where it does cause trouble is mage playing with partners not as cc-heavy.
Its simple, you are by far more overpowered from that which you wanted to be nerfed. The last should be talking about balance is locks.
Its also the typical forum warriors who want pre-patch balance that makes it evey harder anyway.
Well 20 seconds is indeed too long but… Remember there are specs with 1 min CD on their stuns:S
And remember there are classes with no stuns at all! D:

The talents we talked about ib this thread are not picked in PvE, you said it yourself. Thus, a nerf to these would have no impact on PvE provided you know what you are talking about in that field, which, granted, isn’t a given since you didn’t know your main class could apply DoTs and grt the subsequent procs without casting.
The only laughing stock in here is you. We could make a poll, how many of the people who took part in this thread said you were wrong, ignorant, or pitiful, and how many said you were right ? Eh, the only person who agreed with you is yourseld, and that’s barring the moments you contradict yourself. Meanwhile, everyone else who posted knew about the SP talents and their impact and use on PvP, and soon after everyone had a remark going towards “you are a clown”.
So how’s the life of laughing stock going, you tell us !

To be honest if the design of melee is hypermobility as it is now, then casters need instant casts in their rotation.
If there is supposed to be a downtime for casters (and I’m all for it), then there needs to be downtime for melee as well.

This. No wonder most casters go for instant cast builds/specs since fake casting 2 melee who are dryhumping you is one of the most annoying things in this game.
gotta have counter play to stuff like mind-numbing poison, don’t have to worry about slower casts or kicks if you can otk the guy in 3-5 globals without casting any spells, 300 IQ class design.
No point to argue with him shadenox, he is delusional cringelord. Doesnt matter how many proves you provide, he don’t know how to read them. All he can is repeating his clueless points over and over and throw insults at you. He don’t play pvp, he has no idea what is it. He got carried to 1700 and pretends to know much about it now. If not this garbage pvp design which we had in bfa, that all pvers had free entry in pvp, he wouldn’t even climb that high.

And the biggest joke: Priest can silence DKs again so now we are in the position where casters don’t have to cast and can silence melees so they cant hit them. Its like the game is upside down now.
Silence has Allways worked vs magical mêlée.
À lot of people don’t know that you can do that for example vs ret so they can’t heal or before à dk ams but you can’t use it to ‘’ lock’’ a mêlée like a kick could do.
You surely know your class very well. We could always do that. It’s kinda funny though, a dk with all their anti magic tools crying on the forums.
