And it’s pretty simple in essence, just use an already existing hair texture on the tentacles and it works.

I have no problem with the content of the request.
Just the timing of it.

There’s nothing wrong with asking after all.
It’s not like Coldsháde is strong-arming Blizz into supplying something.
And there’s nothing stopping other players from asking for things for other Allied Races.
Remember that not everyone asked for High Elf options.
I like the normal skin, as it makes sense lorewise. Not sure I’ll use it though, maybe. And I don’t mind the blue eyes, but I’d rather have some more voidy options.
just that Blizzard have already said that allied races wont be getting updates for shadowlands launch like the core races are.
By adding all of the blood elf skin tones, its seemed to have opened the gates for peoples expectations to be raised.
More and more requests for void elf customisation have been coming in since it.
If people reined in their expectations and stopped making requests for even more stuff I wouldn’t question the timing as much.
Yeah, I guess they didn’t bother fixing it and ended up removing it as an option, but I’m sure they will re-do it as we’ve seen how they really revisit the options that were added in the past just as 4.2 Night Elf hairstyle (6.0 revamped), but was never added to the game - until now.
And btw, I’d really like them to add that dark purple/blue skin and hair color that you have when you get that Entropic Embrace buff. My Shadow Priest would look cool with that option.
Certainly not , one is an allied race and the other is a race that was introduced in TBC.

In fact I encourage it.
It’s the only way for their voices to be heard after all. Unless they feel like starting petitions.
That goes for anything they might want in the game. Be it character customization options or something more gameplay related or anything else.
While I don’t agree with Rimian that the only difference between Void Elves and Blood Elves should be green eyes for Belves and dark skin tones for Velves.
I don’t disagree with him based on the fact that one is a Core Race and the other is an Allied Race.
Players playing an Allied Race aren’t “second class citizens” after all, they aren’t less important.

Not really what I meant but Velves should be getting their own customisation not the ones from blood elves
oh we totally are.
Which is strange since we had to put in a lot of effort to get our races.
But we are lesser in nearly every aspect.

I think they will once Allied races will be focused on, I believe more voidy stuff will be added.
They borrowed the skin merely to give both sides High elf looks to please the High elf community which have been asking for them for 15 years. High elves are the highest asked race in the Alliance, this is Blizzard’s compromise. They didn’t even give any natural hair so I don’t see why your complaining.

And my theory (not that I think Blizz has thought it through in any way) is that the Void Elves have limited success with this.
Meaning they are able to recreate it, but not perfectly every time.
So sometimes you got those blue Void Elves, and sometimes you get someone that is less affected.
Explaining the normal skinned Void Elves.
But yes, I’d absolutely like to see more Void related customizations and other things that aren’t directly transferred from Blood Elves.
Personally I like the idea of a pitch-black and snow-white hair colors.
None of which the Blood Elves have.

Void elves have more than enough options given to them already in shadowlands for an allied race. I thought KT got something cool
Well we want playeble high elves and I really think we need natural hair colors. And yes I also agree KT need something just like the other allied races. You may not agree with me but there are a lot of people who want to RP a fully high elf ‘‘Allied race’’.
I’m not a fan of playable high elves but I promise that does not affect my judgement. I just think Void elves need to get back in line with the rest of the allied races since only core races are getting real changes for launch.
I’d be upset if void elves got more but the other allied races didn’t.
Come 9.1 or 9.2 I’m more than happy to have people ask for allied race stuff though as I think thats a lot more fair 
I mean the KT hair colors are the same Texture as the Void elves soo… And there are alot of people who want high elves don’t forget that.
Speak for yourself. I made this thread to request some customisations that are actually cool for Void Elves. This isn’t High Elf Megathread #38382.

And they are already making them. The Maghar orcs got some costums last build

My frustrations come a lot more from those asking for lots more and not just your request for one colour.
