The Boost wasn’t, and never will be, a part of Classic. You cannot use boosted characters on era-realms.
The Boost is not a part of classic TBC. You cannot boost past lvl 58. You cannot boost a Blelf or Smurf. You cannot boost your way past anything that is part of the TBC Progression.
And boost will make them just better at farming gold
Blizzard have problems now with bots - imagine with 58 fresh bots
There is no need for bulk of people to bot to destroy the economy of server
Pay to service generaly is not good for the game as we can see it in WoW history
I understand that for your perspective there is nothing wrong with one 58 boost but people will abuse it and make game worse for everyone
Heirlooms, dungeon finders, LFR, infinite free spec, level boost did not come all at once
If Blizzard see that they are making a lot of money trough 58lvl boost what is there to stop them making infinitive 58lvl boost or wow token or even 70lvl boost in one year?
The same reasons to defend 58lvl boost will be used to defend any other pay service in the future
Sorry but I just don’t see things the way you do. Personally I’m doing fine even with all these bots… Gold is ofc an important part, but come on. For me the main thing I’m focusing on is doing endgame raids/dungeons and PVP and I can do that just fine in the current situtation… Gold is not that important to me, and is not even needed to such a big extent you make it out to be.
If botting is such a big issue for you, how come you still play MMORPGS in general or classic, it plagues most of them.
If I was this opposed to 1 freaking boost, there would be literally no multiplayer games I could play. You blow things out of proportions dude.
TBC starts at level 58, it’s to put you at the starting point once on one character per account.
It’s not compulsory, it’s optional for those that want to dive in with their friends or a whole load of other reasons. Everyone is free to play now, or in pre patch and avoid it all together.
Im not going to say again why it is a good idea. I told you multiple times before as did many other’s. So please do not act this like it is a genuine question.
If there was no boost TBC would still be hyped. But the boost will allow more players to jump in. I actually have casual friends. These 2 guys are going to play with me but only because then can start at 58. For me this is great because with no boost i would have no real life friends in TBC
You better tell all your friends so they have time to level before tbc, I’m sure no one knows this since we are going to get a boost so new players can catch up.
