Why "confirm need" for necrotic runes?!

by all that is holy, why does the game double check for rolls on these?
i understand that the double check aka “are you sure you want to roll on this?” is needed for certain items, but god damnit blizzard these runes drop like candy so why, for the love of god, do i need to double-confirm a roll for them each and every time one drops? why is there not some kind of checklist where you can turn this ungodly abomination of a security measure off for items like this?
i have only farmed about 100 of these runes so far and i’m going crazy from the constant popup box asking for confirmation.

you’d figure after i clicked “confirm NEED” for the 100th time the system would automatically be like “alright, looks like this guy is farming this en mass, so i should probably stop being a **** about it”.

this was bad enough for corrupted scourgestones, but with the droprate of necrotic runes having a confirm button for each drop is just sheer lunacy.
you wouldn’t have to farm these for even 5 minutes to realize this is a problem that needs to be resolved which leads me to believe blizzard themselves do absolutely 0% internal testing.

because if someone uses 8 runes to summon, they’d like to get their 30 runes from the drop without someone missclicking the need without anything to ask that person if they’re sure.
stop being daft, it’s the default mechanic for anything BoP green and above.

I don’t know why my post got deleted but there are weakauras that remove the need to roll on Necrotic Runes.
