I only like to annoy them a little sometimes (kill the Voidwalker, sap while they’re trying to loot, punch once without a weapon, throw a distract and see if they run in some dumbass direaction etc).

But I very much avoid getting them killed/killing them and causing a corpse run. There’s no fun in that for me.

How is it “fair” if you attack first anyway and they are unprepared, get off your high horse hahaha.

played on Kazzak in 2010 or so.
when i left Dalaran to farm, then i would normally see 1-2 full grps following me, just to gank me and corpse camp me.
when i then brought some guildies, so it was 5v5/10v10, then they’d normally bugger off again, they apparently didnt like a fight on equal terms.

TLDR: gankers are cowards.

probably because they find it fun, even if you dont. Personally I juust spam emotes at hordes who are high level and killing me or ganking in a group xd

  • Boredom
  • Unhealthy obsession to slaughter anyone of the opposite faction
  • They are trying to trigger a WPvP event
  • Revenge (usually ends up in an endless cycle)
  • Competition to secure land for farming nodes
  • Schadenfreude
  • PP is too small, because they got ganked by someone own level or higher and lost the fight. So projecting their frustration on to players they have no chance to lose against

It can be one of them or a combition of the mentioned above.

I at the moment dont waste my time ganking while there is no Honor System. But once they will add it.

Nope cause i couldnt care less mate, and that is the whole point. Getting butthurted cause someone killed you in a game even if they have 1) lvl advange, 2) gear, 3) being more in a raid or group is obsolete, you died, deal with it.

I kill them so they can learn where is the graveyard.
I kill them twice so they won’t forget where is the graveyard.
I kill them third time so they never forget that they should’ve stayed at the graveyard.

read your first post again mate… you compared it to “stepping on ants”
obviously you notice the opposite faction enough to “kill” them.

in wow players don’t die by your mere presence.
