Why does Alliance dominate EU War Mode and still get bonus rewards?

Read OP with complete disbelief. Whenever im on my Troll shammy it is so incredibly rare to even see Alliance players, let alone getting killed by them.

And you’re from AD, the only realm where it’s reversed. Sorry not cathering to minority of the servers. All servers outside of AD and RP are Horde >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Alliance.

Sometimes we get steamrolled, sometimes we don’t but overall, Horde have more players with Warmode active.

Even if you don’t see them.

Last week, i’ve seen a single nazjatar world pvp event won by horde. The rest were all alliance.

Even today, just an hour ago, not only they captured all 5 points and got the supply drop and got all the world quest areas, but they also had enough people around to kill everyone in newhome too.

Horde having more people with warmode is irrelevant if the same thing is happening everyday in alliance’s favor.

Not to mention that mechagon is never horde favored. i’ve never seen mechagon having more horde than alliance.

Maybe the game just loves to put me in shards with overwhelmingly high number of alliance players, but that’s how things are.

Regardless, World pvp failed and i blame blizzard for their terrible sharding and planning for it. I wanted a war. Not a stomp from one side and total loss on the other. Regardless of me being on the winning or losing side.

But i got to admit. 2~3 days ago, alliance made a full raid group and attacked newhome. And horde had enough players around to fight back, and it ended up being an EQUAL FIGHT. It was the most fun i had in world pvp in a long while. Until too many people entered the shard and lag destroyed every ounce of fun we had. But those few minutes of fighting made me realize how great the potential for warmode is and how terrible it has become.

Wpvp is not intended to be ‘fair’, it’s chaos, the good kind :slight_smile:

It’s not fun beating up a weaker opponent. If i wanted to do that, i would just fly around broken isles and kill lvl 100’s. Or better yet. Go to northrend, outland, etc. and find even lower level players to hunt down and kill.

World pvp is supposed to be an actual PVP. Not 50 vs 1. Doesn’t matter if it’s horde that has the 50 players or alliance. It’s garbage either way.

you understand, that turning off a feature that i wanted to be good, but ended up being terrible and in desperate need of improvement, isn’t going to fix the problem right?

This isn’t LFR that i can simply ignore and never bother to join. Or a store mount that i can simply refuse to buy and ignore completely. This is a feature that was promised, and i want to use. and is in a garbage state due to negligence from blizzard.

Please give actual instructive replies or don’t bother posting again.

It is what it is, wpvp has always been a gankathon without equality. Why should it change. Players that do not wish to engage in pvp, turn off.

here is the short and simple so even you could read completely.

I do wish to engage in world pvp. But not a one sided stomp. A nearly equal fight between two factions.

You turn off warmode when you don’t want to fight. Not when you’re not satisfied with how it’s being handled.

Is that hard to understand?

What i’m asking is a proper method of sharding in order to place equal number of players on both sides. Not 50 to 1. EQUAL. One side has the overall advantage in numbers? give the other faction proper advantages to give them enough incentive to make it an equal fight.

You’d have to have a bg like queue system per subzone with a fixed total players per faction, contantly maintained. No thx. Just play a bg if you want that.

This happens regularly here on AD. Out of nowhere we have several complete Horde-raids in Nazjatar from different servers. Because Alliance-players have to band together per se, you’ll find yourself easier in these shards.

Speaking of that, yesterday I used the portal and entered nazjatar. I died so fast after getting there, that i didn’t even have a chance to tp back to zuldazar. There was a raid of alliance, camping newhome. It was also the pvp event, and they had all the points too. The pvp event ended in a minute or two after that.

Then they were gone. Alliance still dominated nazjatar in numbers, but no longer enough of them to capture newhome. Lovely sharding.

And on all of those those 88% of “normal”-realms is horde who dominate every f**** other battle of nazjatar lag-rolling event by forming raid groups to lag out alliance deserve their badges? ya right. You should do you research on that topic before crying about alliances rewards.

Funny how this has been my experience for the past week with alliance. 2 raid groups attacking newhome EVERY DAY after reset, during world pvp event. Then all of them immediately disappearing when the event ends.

Not to mention the fact that in the past week or two, i may have seen a single horde victory and the rest were all alliance with massive player number advantage. Massive as in 50 to 1 advantage. And you’re blaming horde for that just seems really funny to me.

Happened today as well here on the RP-server. Big whoop.
