If you were that digusted by the system you can always scrap/diss the 415 with socket trinket u got from afk content ?

Heroic, is not normal gear, infact its above it. Yes mythic is the hardest content… But that doesn’t mean you should be rewarded gear that is the same item level as Heroic gear when the content you just did is incredibly easier.

Heroic is the new name for normal thats what iam saying .
You know what… I totally get it. I had the same mindset as you back when I did progression content(chasing server firsts) back in late TBC/WotLK. I didn’t understand why casuals wanted better gear when they didn’t raid either. I’ve just changed, and feel like my approach to how the game works has changed to the better. I stopped being angry at Blizzard because they “ruined progression”, because yes, that was my main concern and gripe with the game back in WotLK. I burned out, rage quit. Never returned to raiding again until Legion, then been at a happy spot ever since, with a completely different view on gearing and progress. Wish I could share some of this attitude with you. It feels pretty good. Makes you a lot less frustrated, and able to raid without annoyance.

That isn’t the point im making. Im saying that this gear just shouldn’t be equal to heroic gear When warfronts are so so much easier.

Taking from mine point of view. I was in few guilds and all say we will help you and at the end no one help me to gear up. There is a problem as well mythic + pug in Bfa. In Legion you was able always to find grp even for low keys…Today harder and if you find they leave because your low rider io or low ilvl of neck… Something like that 
then you keep getting in bad guilds… thats the honest truth.

So PVP gear ? arena gear ? currencey gear ? your point is moot and i love your fake rage please spare me your the hard done by raider .
Catch up gear has always been on the same level as the normal level of the current raid.
Heroic is the new normal.
Connect the dots of what they are saying. Not much has changed in regard to the level of catch up gear relative to the current content.

All that gear requires effort and time. Warfronts DONT. So therefore shouldn’t give gear that is equal to heroic gear. That is incredibly simple.
Honestly. This is why this game is dying. Blizzard keep catering to these people that are just whiny and want everything for free because they dont want to put effort into getting good items. Its that simple.
In the end, we are pretty similar: As you can probably see by checking my ridiculous raid progression of this tier, you can easily understand that I’m now going casual too.
But in my case, this doesn’t change my mindset.
Yes, I would rather have crap gear if I’m actually only able to do crap content.
I would gladly reduce my ilvl for a more logical system.
I’m currently in the bottom of the progression system? So be it, let me be at the bottom and stop giving me free gear for no reason. ^^

But it does. Thats pretty much my ilvl, little bit over 370 and i have been doing world quests, emissaries, incursions, warfronts. No mythic dungeons, no raids. You see the thing is when you get mostly pretty crappy loot from things you do, there some random ilvl 400’s doesn’t really lift your ilvl on such highs it would be any threat for anyones serious progression.

Why do we need a catch up system. one patch into the game?? We even had it at the start which is incredibly stupid. It doesn’t matter that “Heroic is the new normal” (which it isn’t) the simple fat of the matter is, Easier Content shouldn’t reward gear equal to much harder content.
Thats not how progression curves work.
WB to the forums btw good to see you but i disagree with you and i know you used to be a high end raider and well respected poster but you are wrong ever since TBC its been like this loot pintas hell you can even go back to Classic and Tier 2 .
The gear from warfront is trash its just high item lvl the stats are awful its like token gear we used to buy in WoD baleful gear .
Its for alts not for people who raid an d do keys simple as 
Catch up content has been in the game since pretty much vanilla in one form or another. In case you have been playing a different game for the past how many years.
It’s a good thing that a curve actually exists and everyone’s ilvl averages very close to the content they do then. At least in PvE, PvP is kinda ruined at the moment.
