EDIT: Due the amount of traction, I wanna take the chance to ask another question: Do you guys find it frustrating aswell that Blizzard adopted this stance where communication is scarce to nonexistant about PVP related news/balance? I feel like what drives me crazy the most is that they didn’t express anything publicly about the matter, further suggesting the idea that for them the actual situation is not of prime importance.
I’m sorry if I’m being harsh… I just really am getting this vibe by the way PVP is treated in this game. Why do we play Alphas, Beta, prepatches if nothing gets done about disparities and balance issues?
Why do we get lied by Ion with " We will be more active and faster at nerfing/buffing in shadowlands "?
Why do we play anymore if every patch something gets broken and we’re forced to live with it for 2 or more weeks?
How many start of expansions do you remember where things weren’t absolutely broken? Taste for Blood in MOP, Touch of Death, Killing Spree in WOD, Fire Mages in BFA…
Why did they delay this expansion if we still have classes that take 50% of your hp in one gcd?
I feel frustrated. I feel like I bang my own head into a wall and just waste time playing this game. Why did I come this far into the game, why did I get gladiator for? if this game is a clown fiesta where you can get hit by 10k aimed shots with full versa gear then why is this forum still up?
Blizzard keeps hotfixing stupid useless world quests where classes are in the most broken state ever. PVPers are just as important as Pet battlers for Blizzard standpoint I feel like.
Blizzard literally does not do a single arena gameplay test before releasing an expansion. Stop caring about “Class Balance”, and just learn to reroll.
You can see why Blizz doesn’t care by the replies you get in this thread. There is a never ending horde of white knights that will defend said company and the broken state of this game instead of advocating for improvements. These people are ok playing and living with mediocrity and will never strive to ask for improvements. Until people stop defending the incompetence practiced by this developer and subs drop to low levels things obviously won’t change. Finally not only is a bit sad that people defend Blizzard it’s even worst that these people try to silence and censor the people that step forward to complain and call out for improvements that would benefit mostly everyone. The conformed sheep outnumber the protesting, just like in real life.

I’m just pointing out the fact that WoW is not meant to be a competitive PvP game and that you’d probably be better off playing something else if that’s what you’re after. Personally I like the fun and unbalanced antics of WoW PvP. It’s silly and fun. If I wanted a balanced and competitive game I’d play something else.

Well you kinda went off on a tangent about censorship and how anyone who enjoys PvP in its current state is a “conformist sheep”.
I mean if you want to talk about censorship there are people on this forum that think that only rank 1 players should be allowed to post!
Do they even still do that? I haven’t watched a WoW tournament since WotLK. I would assume it’s because they tried albeit unsuccessfully to promote WoW as an eSport. I’m pretty sure they’ve mostly given up on that now although I’m sure there’s still a small market for it. WoW never draws the crowds that League or DotA or even Starcraft draws. It’s just not that kind of game.

ur view is literally that wow pvp isn’t serious, silly and u want to have it unbalanced because that’s what you describe as fun.
So is that also the reasoning you are scared if blizzard ever took the way of balacing around 1%? because the game would not make up anymore for your class?
