and also wow have some Ped**o players aswell. we had the problem 2 days ago on our old Guild Discord server where a guy made a offer to an child for a wow token etc. things like this exist, but most likely underground, and unnoticeable

The objection to this isn’t to the actual cases where it’s justified, it’s to the 9999 cases out of 10000 where it will lead to automated bans because people can select every option when reporting someone, including this “child abuse option”.

Though considering that my account is 20 years old, I don’t think Blizzard needs my birthdate to see if I’m a child or not.
It was part of account creation as far as i can recall but its a long time ago now!!! I have had to provide documentation a few times and those had my DoB on them.
Most accounts I’ve set up over the years include that info. It could be that WoW doesn’t.

A very large problem with the erp goldshire scene everyone knows exists is that this game is pg13 and humans are often very popular races in fantasy settings and the erp goldshire community cares more about edited by moderator then they do age checking the people they solicit themselves too even tho they have the full knowledge that they exist in a pg13 setting.
