Personally i dont want to make friends, all i need are emblems/gear. Did few dungeons on tbc and people are so bad and slow its actually insane. I prefer pew pew.
The thing is for example recently i needed to farm some tbc rep but guess what noone farm dungeons cos theres no reward + theres the biggest joke ever aka “unwanted res” or whatever its called. So basically lfd saves tons of time + makes me able to do dungs even without paying people for it. Its 2022 I have different stuff to do in my life rather than waiting hours or days till i get someone for pointless dungeon

There’s no difference between retail and wotlk in that way deal with it. Wotlk and sl are same game. I want to have fun by playing the game. If I wanted to deal with other people i would simply go out. You’re probably stucked in 2008 or something, people cba wasting time by doing boring stuff that takes way longer than it should before entering end game content they enjoy.

It wasn’t in wrath then and theres no reason for it to be in now. It wasnt a feature untill the last patch and it was one of the things that finally destroyed the social element of the game. Its not hard to put in bare miniumum effort to talk to people and find a group and go to the entrance, you dont need blizzard to play the game for you and automate everything like in retail. I would assume then you also want LFR in the game at cata launch or earlier?
IF blizzard add LFD into the game you it would make absolutely NO sense at all to implement it before the final phase anyway, your arguing they rush the worst aspects of the game to get them sooner?
Patch 3.3.0 was timewise at the halfway mark. And it was this patch that dumbed down gameplay, watered out the classes, and made levelling laughable.
Unfortunately it seems Wrath Classic willl be built on this patch.
It’s time to say:: “You think you do, but you don’t” And maybe all the changes, realm chaos, and now these last changes have only been to prove this point.
Keep LFD, Dual spec, Race and Faction changes in Wrath Classic (but not at launch)

It’s actually insane how the anti RDF morons make zero sense.
“It was added at the last patch”. The last patch lasted 11 months almost half the life span of the expansion.
“Destroys the community”. 0 IQ argument. There’s a lot of social activities to socialise besides dungeons. Raids, arenas, hell you can even organise achievements runs in Wotlk. Dungeons are so minor and meaningless compared to the rest of the game yet people cry like this is the end of the world. Nobody gives a f about dungeons. If your only way of finding virtual friends is through dungeon groups, just quit WoW and get your life together cause this is pathetic.
“It promotes toxicity and ninja behaviour”. Yes RDF promotes this kind of behaviour because outside of RDF every player is a saint. And I’m sure that blue item that was ninjad has tremendous value. Toxicity exists in every aspect of the game so does ninja looting.
“RDF lead to retail”. If you actually believe that you genuinely are an idiot. There’s a bunch of reasons why retail is what it is today but RDF isn’t one of them. If you are so desperate for dungeon chit-chat hire a therapist to listen to your endless talking and pretend like he cares about what you have to say.
'‘Go play Retail’. Another stupid comparison. You can absolutely be social in retail. While there’s a lot of trivial content in retail that you can just do solo, it’s your choice to do it solo. You can absolutely play with a friend or a random. People choose to be anti-social, it’s not the game’s fault. To do mythic you are required to be in a guild, to do high rated arenas you are required (most of the times) to be social and vocal. To do m+ you are required to be social and vocal. If the players want to be anti-social it’s their right to be so.
RDF while it had its flaws, it was tremendous help for really low pop realms back in the day and it will be now as well. Also, it will really help folks that work during weird hours and can play either late at night or early at the morning.
And for the love of god, if you don’t like RDF DO NOT USE IT. You can find like minded people who dislike RDF and spent 2 hours clearing a dungeon so you can get to know each other and exchange Christmas cards every year cause you have no real life friends.
RDF made irrelevant all the previnous content in WoTLK since it has no lockout from Hc dungeons, naxx, Ulduar became irrelevant since it became possible to completely get to itlv 232.
This made WotLK like retail where you only play the patch and not the rest of the expansion content.
So before tiping making yourself look like the result of a failed abortion, I suggest you to connect those 2 brain cells you have left.
