My guess would be, because it’s almost 2020. Get used to it and you’ll be less perplexed by it. It’s a plant, much like smoking tobacco, and much less harmful for you than drinking booze. Maybe it’s taboo where you’re from, open your mind a little. You don’t have to let the comments of others and their choices bother you, unless you choose to.

As someone who worked on placement in a PICU ward for a year I respectfully disagree.
I would say weed is far more harmful than booze.

Yes. It’s a wonderful time to be alive 
And in the chain of usefulness, I’d rather have a drunk person than a tired/sleepy person. A tired person is a liablity and can run straight into several pack of mobs when the douse off during moving.

Horde has Trolls and Taurens in it.
Someone needs to make “under the influence of X” add-on so if the healer is stoned or the tank is drunk you know in advance and can act accordingly and join them, that’s just good manners!

The worst thing is that they even brag about it. As if they deserve a “way to go, dude!” medal.
People who are prone to having mental illness can accelerate said mental illness by using psychoactive drugs. Yes, how does that make it more harmful than booze?
