Current AV version takes 6 minutes to complete.
Both sides just avoid each other and rush the bosses.
It awards 2k+ honor for those 6 minutes of running and killing 1 npc.
That’s 20k honor per hour.
Anyone competing for higher rank is forced to do that or he will fall behind and never reach higher ranks.

Why would you want to get higher ranks, you do realize that r13 and r14 grinders are going to be a laughing stock of modern wow community because we know you have to be a no lifer to achieve it
The entirety of the classic community (barring the usual exceptions) has been on a war path against the decision of using 1.12 AV.
Literally thousand of pages of posts have been written over the months.
We did not get a single response on the matter in months and months.
Then came the insult on top of the injury: they recreated a near perfect replica of old AV for retail, while still giving Classic the meme version.
The reality is we were better off on private servers. Classic wow is run very poorly, so much so I am starting to give credit to those claiming it was set up to fail.
One of the most pathetic attempts from Blizzard to try and lure Classic players into Retail if you ask me!

i don’t understand how people can farm this all day and not get bored out of their minds.
Farming is farming that is not the problem, the problem is that AV should be PvP not farming…
Blizzard is useing dirty strategy to lure more players into Retail that is the only logical explanation.
I’m starting to think this as well… I mean they can’t be unwillingly that incompetent right… I mean since the Beta we have reported many bugs that still have no fix or no answer at all.

Yeah, there is more and more evidence leaning that way that Blizzard was planning Classic to fail after the hype and that is why they don’t care.
Also new expansion is coming soon so lot of people who came from Retail will go back to Retail to play it!
I stopped after WotLK and came back to play Classic and I’m more and more disappointed in Blizzard for not fixing bugs!

AV is broken atm, the guards that go away when u capture towers do not buff the boss when they’re still alive so currently there’s no reason to go for towers which makes the BG even dumber than normal (blue post about this on NA forums).
How Blizzard could not notice this bug and release AV like this is beyond me.
They really don’t give 2 sh1ts about classic.

It’s disgusting. They key word is CLASSIC. So where’s the classic? If they want to zerg rush let them go to the main branch and do it there. It’s not fun. I did not sign up for 10 min AV’s…
