There are not enough layers and the spawn rate for mobs is very low. Back in SoD and old classic there was a thing called “hyperspawn”.
Why is this not active at this point? Sitting 15 Minutes and waiting for lvl3 mobs to spawn because you need 12 and there are 5-10 other players doing the same quest seems kind of lame.
