Why isnt Staysafe banned for abusing report fuction in AV?

This guy clearly abused the report fuction in AV it was all over reddit (which was removed cuz mods mostly protect streamers). This has happend all over the place since AV came out. Bajheera was also kicked out AV twice on stream.

Ive seen alot of people who got booted out of AV because of people are abusing this system and that even includes people from APES and several other guilds on Gehennas.

So why havent you blizzard taken action agaisnt this guy yet?.. its a clear offense there is even a vod proof of him abusing it and Ozzy(the guy they booted out) wasnt even AFK lol he was even infront of Staystafe there was a picture of him on a mount riding before staysafe. (There is a picture posted on twitter on ozzy one)

So yeah please 6 months bann on Staysafe and everyone in his premade please.

because blizzard doesnt care about the abuse of the system. its just automated to reduce gm’s and there for money for max profit.
