Reduced wait time.
Biggest issue in SoD is standards. You cannot alienate a portion of a playerbase because they don’t reach standards implemented by the community.
Easiest way to battle this is LFR. I believe you were right to implement it in retail.
Why does the community hate LFR?
If your preferred way to raid is with organised groups, why does LFR bother you?
It’s obviously not put in for you to use in this case. It’s put in for people who just want to play, regardless of standards.
However, the hate it seems to get for helping other players seems unjustified?
It’s a tool to help people play the game. That’s healthy in my opinion.
What arguement other than no do you have which indicates LFR is bad for the game?
Do you worry people will prefer using it over spamming LookingForGroup chat?
Maybe it’s because it’ll promote laziness?
This could be easily counteracted with having to click on a meeting stone to sign up to LFR, which means people would have to travel to the raid rather than get teleported.

Also, nobody should be at the mercy of community implemented standards.

Raiding is incredibly easy in SoD, so this does hold value for SoD.

Because people are dumb and Gnomer needs an IQ over that of a potato.
A lot of people got burned by bad groups early in the season so now they only do complete meta comps as to avoid this.
You can simply find a guild or other static way of running the raid.
I am in a discord static same people every reset.
Point is, NEVER do Chat PuGs.

I said that his “Why KFR is good” does not matter for SoD because raiding here is easy, thus no need for LFR like when it was introduced for the Dragon soul and later expansion raids.

Like I said, I want a system implemented for people like me, as people like you seem to have found your stride.
And just because you have found your preferred way to play, doesn’t mean it’ll be favoured for everyone.

I had to do like 3-4 resets of Chat PuGs until i found this static group.
It’s better to have static, Guild or otherwise.
Because chat pugs are bad.
Just find some people to play with 
My point is, Do this… or just don’t raid.
You don’t have to try and bring in LFR just because you are too stuboorn to talk to people, form bonds & Friendships.

but then you wouldn’t have found your static without chat pugs regardless if you like them. people need somewhere they can get exp in raids good or not, that doesn’t matter as you just said it worked for you then you decided other people shouldn’t do it like you did.
Apply to guilds, some of them run as much as 8 teams per reset
I appreciate you sharing a solution that worked for you, but understand, I’ve been in guilds, I’ve been in discords.
The issue I run into is I play on my time and not there time.
I could befriend everyone in game, but that is illogical as you’ll run into ignorant people or just have bad chemistry with others.
LFR essentially eliminates a lot of the gray area that revolves around raiding and keeps the black and white in order.
What I mean by that? I and people like me can raid when they want without issue.
People who have no problem raiding as it is right now can also continue to do so.
no need too but i understand it would be ideal for someone to jump right into a guild and be accepted to raid but reality is a little different why did you chat pug in the first place? you appear to think where you are now is where you have always been or where you will always be…
Because i thought Phase 2 would be like Phase 1, that the raid is just “Go in a slap”
But it is not, You need the tiniest bit of cordination for this one, so chat PuG is bad.
you are holding everyone to your standards and your standards aren’t viable on the whole. understandable yes but not practical for a large portion of the player base.

It’s Blizzard who designed this “Hard” raid for phase 2, so blame them for putting the standard where it is.
hard in classic/hybrid? dodge aoe, hold aggro and heal, not exactly rocket science.
