You 1st have to check WoWhead or IcyVeins for a general guide to Stats and Enchants etc.
Then you have to download the correct UI and weak auras for your class. Then you have to have a different spec for Delves, M+ and EACH boss in a raid. Then you have to Sim with raidbots. Then go to Arhcon to see if the spec on WoWhead is still viable Then go to Warcraft logs to see what % you are for your Ivl.

No you dont. If you start a new toon, its ilvl > ALL. Simple. Its in the tutorial from level 1-10 in the starter zone.

For EACH boss in a raid? What raid? Mythic raid? Maybe. Anthing lower than that. NOPE.

Step 1: ilvl >>> ALL.
Step 2: You have 2 items with the same ilvl. Then 30 sec google “stat priority X class”. Take the item with those stats.
Step 3: Are you doing RTWF or MDI? Then maybe a 0.5% difference between item A and item B is important. But then again. If you do that, you dont use raidbots. You code raidbots.
Viable for what? M+20? No need. Nobody plays at that level.
Viable for a +10? All specs are viable. No need to look at any external webpage.
What level are we talking about?

While i agree that is something that would help, it would mean we have to level all specs from 0. Which means we have 3 mages, 4 druids, 3 paladins, etc, etc.
Not to forget every expansion everything changes per spec, so we need new chars. And there are hero-classes too which start on a way higher level.
Maybe. But what OP is describing is still an over-exageration. People have to realize that you dont need to train like Arnold Swatzeneger to carry grocery bags.
And that learning things in WoW is aprocess. You cant just sit for 4h and learn it. You have to go step by step. Play dungeon by dungeon.
That is what Blizzard wants you to do. To pay sub for all those months…
1st. No u dont need to download a “ui” why do u need to?
2. U dont need to download weakauras at all.
3. U dont need a different spec for delves, u just need 2 for m+ and raid.
4. U dont need to sim i think majority of players actually dont know how to sim their char, or what it is even.
5. Again no u dont need to check if your spec is still viable.
