A personal attack? Unfortunately when words are used that are synonymous with how some others get on, it tends to go that way. Drawing a comparison and saying you’re curious about someone’s thinking - for me - has never went any other way, or if I see others saying the same it always goes the way I said imo. So I don’t take those people seriously. I wouldn’t expect anyone to do any less if I also did the same.

Usually starts with these sorts because of what the OP posts about, followed by some obvious trolls posting 1 liners earlier in the thread to irk others.
I thought it was to discuss points fairly and calmly without resorting to insulting others. That’s the way the rules are set up anyway.

I was usually quoting Blizzards stance of “No plans to make Classic”, which wasn’t a “no”.
Edit: Afterwards when someone attacked me for it, I fought back.

Actually I don’t remember saying I didn’t want people to enjoy themselves. MTX doesn’t affect players who don’t buy it and this thread is about those who try to annoy those who did buy it.
