DBM is in Classic too … even for that 1 mechanic per boss.
I think Classic players are very desilusional about difficulty of Retail content and they would be very, very surprised of how hard it is in comparison to Classic.

I just said that DBM is in classic… and he clearly was refering to what to do on bosses not quests.
I think you are very delusional about how hard retail is at the level where most people are in the game (heroic raids) its not much harder than the end of expansion raids in classic and in tbc. LFR and Normal are even more of a joke than anything exept for MC. And dont get me started on dungeons before you are up at around a 12+ key
bruh…retail just has delusion of being hard for simple fact that mechanics are overtuned and one mistake leads to full wipe…“MyThIc RaIdInG iS HaRd” no,just have to have one pull where no one messes up,if they do wipe and go again.Only reason why you wipe 100s of times on damn bosses…
Im not desilusional, I got comparison because I play both.
So everyone needs to play perfectly not to wipe. Ye, thats what difficulty is. What is the difficulty of Classic bosses?
You dont have do play perfectly but if you fart in wrong direction mechanics just kills you and that just kills raiding overall.Everything is overtuned on retail, thats about it.
I can also compare seeing as I played both, unless they made everything a lot harder in the last 2 months retail is a joke unless you are talking about mythic raids and higher level keys and then its like Zivai said its not hard its just overtuned
And you seriously compare HC raiding on Retail and Classic raiding right?
Naxx was cleared in BWL gear in hour and half the first day …
Yeah,so would castle also if its over 10 years old and people kept playing it all the time until blizz rereleased shadowlands. No idea why people are surprised stuff gets cleared fast after people have been playing for so long already.
lol no one cares about retail raiding, its pointless, you get nothing from it
classic raiding is far more rewarding
Why are you talking about rewards when we talk about difficulty?
Yes im both are piss easy.
By people who have done that raid a milion times…
And how long did it take for people to beat nathria heroic? A new raid at the time. You are comparing people who have classic down to a sicence to people who havent run each raid in retail at even close to the same amount of times.
The difference is on Retail classes have an actual rotation and you can very much tell the difference between bad and a good players. Bosses have serious mechanics. On Classic you spam 1 button and occasionaly move.
A little objectivity please
you think smashing buttons without losing any mana is called a rotation? hahah oh lord
Ye, that’s why the majority of vanilla players had sites open like thottbot all the time.
I retail you have to click a few buttons and occasionaly move dont think pressing more than one button in order is that hard for anyone above the age of 3. From a tanking perspective in both I can tell you for sure that I have to make more active decissions in classic than I ever have to do in retail. In retail there is no long cds and the “long” cds in retail reset after every boss. I dont have to think should I save this for another boss or should I use it now.
Ye man, spamming sunder armor is very hard. Same goes for spamming frostbolt and shadowbolt over and over. Rotations in retail require more buttons and that’s a fact.
Nether game is hard though. I just said that I have to make more active decisions… aka any at all.
Ye ONCE you learn mechanics and your class. Sorry but even a child can tell what is the difference between learning 1-2 mechanic (on Classic) or 5-10 mechanics (on Retail).
How exactly is mana cost connected to rotation?
