Wow i was not reading comments this stupid since classic release.
You think using 1 button is called a rotation?
Oh kek
PVE players are so cringy man… comparing parses and discuss “ühhh i did very difficult things man” - “UHHH i can press buttons in a complex rotation”
Thank you for showing us how zero clue you have about Retail.
He does not have a clue cos people kicked him out even from LFR for being bad
You know how this started? With someone claming Retail players with boosted characters will be a burden because they don´t know how to play their class. Its not about parses or PvE.
Its about people used to more difficult content and more complexity and their transition to Classic All im saying is that average Retail player has zero problems with adjusting to Classic raids and their class because they are more simple. Thats all.
Stupid claim. There are good and bad players either way and it doesn’t matter where they are from. Non-boosted players can be a burden too. Maybe just a slight overreaction with defending Retail players for your side but okay no big deal.
It may be easy for you but you simply aren´t objective You can´t deny the facts - bosses on Classic have little to no mechanics.
That is true they have little to no mechancis.
Bosses on retail have a lot of abilities, they got different phases, their abilities are modified in these phases etc.
That is also true.
There is simply a much more to learn than on Classic.
Not true learning 1 mechanic vs learning 5 mechanics might seems like a lot more to learn but its not that much anyways.
And ONCE you learn these mechanics ofc it gets easier.
Not that important for this but sure.
But it definitely takes more time to learn these mechanics than on Classic. Because Classic simply has close to no mechanics.
Not becouse of that only its mostly becouse the fights are known since a whole lot of years back.
How hard is to see that? HC raiding may be easy for you just like Classic but you simply can´t deny the difference in complexity of boss fights.
Like I have said they are slightly more complex but complexity dosnt = how hard something is. Soloing a mob 15 lvls higher than you is impossible but not complex at all.
All I am saying is if people from Retail who are used to these much more complex fights and their classes toolkits come to Classic they definitely won´t be a burden because they can´t play their class.
It depends on what class they play though for example the paladin is a completly difrent class in retail than it is in classic, while warriors are close to the most simular between the 2 maybe rogues are slightly closer than warriors thoug. And its not that they wont be able to handle the fights everyone should be able to handle them its more that a lot of retail players have a got to go fast mindset in dungeons that dont work in classic since your healers dont have close to infinite mana regen out of combat and becouse some mobs will need hard cc for example.
Have you done normal nathria its a joke if you play in a guild
Thank you for showing us how zero clue you have about Retail.
i havent shown you anything, retail sucks and its sucked for 10 years
leveling doesn’t exist
gear has no value
gold has no value
mounts have no value
achievement’s have no value
professions are pointless and have no value
raids are unrewarding
mythic + is unrewarding
pvp has been a mess since wod
every class has the same ability’s just with different names and animations
the community is stale, no one talks
And naxx is even more of one, and the same will be TBC raids
Yep retri paladins have combustion same as fire mages, rogues have death grip as DK and lock have tranquillity like resto Druid.
Let me guess when your guild benched you, at the first boss of Catalysm in normal??
And naxx is even more of one, and the same will be TBC raids
If you played with people who had more problems with nathria normal than with naxx I dont know what to say to you. Nathria LFR is harder than Nathria normal seeing as the LFR crowd have no idea what a mechanic even is
yeah nice one bro hahah, i like the fact thats the only argument you could come up with out of all the points i listed
its all making sense now
the same players that have been defending the boosts and mounts and asking for tokens are retail players
they literally have the " retail mindset "
good lord
I had no problems in nathira and I had 0 problems in naxx playing the standard 1 button class
I only see you the usually sub-human player that probably still is a clicker after 15 years
I had no problems in nathira and I had 0 problems in naxx playing the standard 1 button class
Hard to belive seeing as your rogue is not in a guild and most guilds take in peoples alts as well.
Let me guess when your guild benched you, at the first boss of Catalysm in normal??
People should really stop with these wild guesses/assumptions… you know nothing about the life of other people. So what you are doing is projecting your own reality on others. In other words, you just say more about yourself than the other person xD
the fact you cant form a valid counter argument for my points proves that the only sub-human player is you hahaha
cheer’s for coming bro, cya later haha
They can spit on my char. I don’t care. I just /laugh at them for being a no lifer. I think many would try to level a char, but they have families and kids and can’t powerlevel a char from 0-60 in a month (or 2 weeks pre-patch with the exp-change). Many didn’t play Classic (like me), cause I wasn’t interested in it.
But I want to try TBC. The problem is that without a boost, I have to start from 0. And I’m studying at the university + working 3 times a week. So I don’t have the time to be 60 before launch.
But I guess the members of the no life club don’t take irl commitments into consideration. Because many of them (not all) are probably not working. They play WoW 10 hours every day. And when they don’t, they spend their time on the forum crying about the game.
Yeah well you can blame Blizz for the time frame. It was done deliberately to maximize the amount of cash they would make from boosts.
