Hello there! So there is a legion tabard which requires Exalted rep called Court of farondis the problem is that legion tabards require 98 level to transmog. Which i think is kinda absurd because its only an tabard and most people really don’t notice it i enjoy leveling with an transmog on and since this tabard is one of the main parts of the mog i gotta level to 98 with an tabard which doesn’t fit the colour. I would be glad if they remove the lvl limit from tabards
Those limits should be removed for 8.1.
No, they are removing reputation restriction, not level restriction. And tabards are restricted to the minimal level for the expansion they are from.
They remove level restriction for Laughting skull head piece.
May be for tabard too. I will check that tonigh when i have time 
Edit : I did the test, tabard level restriction are still in place, but not their reputation
Yeah they sadly are restricted to level from the expansion they are. But its still a tabard i guess not really a big deal hopefully they can do something about it.
